The notice requires a complete technical and financial offer. In order to prepare a compliant file, we would be grateful if you could send us the request for proposal or the complete terms of reference if they exist, as well as the standard forms to be used for the technical offer, the financial offer and the CVs. |
The published notice of expression of interest includes all the detailed information of the terms of reference, available on the ARAA website: Recruitment of a firm/office/firm to carry out a feasibility study for the development of professional skills through the upgrading of existing training centres and the vocational training of young people | ECOWAS Regional Agency for Agriculture and Food.

What is the indicative duration of the mission? |
The estimated effort time is 60 man/day spread over 120 calendar days |

The countries that will be involved in the field collection will be agreed upon during the selection of the contract with the consultant who will be selected at the end of the evaluation. |
