1.  As part of the implementation of the ECOWAS agricultural policy, a funding agreement was signed between USAID and ECOWAS on June 30, 2021, for the selection of consultants to support the implementation of the ECOWAP Operational Plan-USAID and intends to use part of the funding to pay for the services of a “Senior Sanitary and Phytosanitary Standards Advisor”.
