- As part of the implementation of the project to prepare the ECOWAS Commission and States for access to the Green Climate Fund, the ECOWAS Commission, through the Regional Agency for Agriculture and Food (RAAF), intends to use part of the funds for the support of an international consultant, in climate change/climate finance to support the implementation of the ECOWAS regional climate strategy.
