- The ECOWAS Commission has received funding from the Swiss Agency for Development and Cooperation (SDC) of the Swiss Federal Department of Foreign Affairs, as part of the implementation of the regional agricultural policy, ECOWAP 2025, and intends to use part of it to make payments under the Support Programme for Livestock Marketing in West Africa (PACBAO) phase 2. To this end, it is planned to select an individual consultant responsible for monitoring, evaluation and capitalization.
