The Commission of Economic Community Of West African States (la « ECOWAS ») has received a financing from European Union(l’« EU ») and Agence Française de Développement(l' « AFD" »)toward the cost of Agroecology Program in West Africa. ECOWAS intends to apply a portion of the proceeds of this financing to eligible payments under the Contract for which this Request for Proposals is issued.
ECOWAS now invites Proposals to provide the following consulting services (hereinafter called "Services"): Study on financing mechanisms for producers, agro-pastoralists, agro-pastoralists, breeders, young entrepreneurs and other economic operators to support/encourage agro-ecological transition and sustainable agricultural intensification in West Africa. More details on the Services are provided in the Terms of Reference (Section VII)
