Program Officer, Information Technology Webmaster
Nahmsath officially joined RAAF in December 2015 as Programme Officer Statistician Information Technology. He was promoted later to the position of Information Technology Webmaster for the Pool Service of ECOWAS Institutions in Lomé. With more than 20 years’ experience, he is an accomplished IT strategist with proven track records at national and international level. He oversees IT operations and provides cutting edge digital support to streamline business processes of the organisation.
Before joining RAAF, he gradually developed his career in IT in Togo, notably at the University of Lomé, then at the Société des Postes du Togo. He will pursue his international career in the Education sector and later within the United Nations system where he was respectively IT Analyst at the UNDP and Specialist in Electoral Information Systems at the Department of Peacekeeping.
Nahmsath holds a University Degree in Information Technology and master's degree in digital project management. He is fluent in English and French with working knowledge in Italian.
