The 38th RPCA Meeting Opens in Lomé, Togo this 6th December 2022

Opened today, 6th December 2022, by the Prime Minister of Togo, Her Excellency Victoire Tomegah Dogbé, the 38th meeting of the Food Crisis Prevention Network is being held in a hybrid format (physical and virtual) in Lomé and will end on 9th December 2022..

Faced with the critical food and security situation in the region, participants will deepen the reflection on the phenomenon in order to identify policy options to mitigate the combined effects of pastoral and security crises and the food on the food and nutrition resilience of the most vulnerable populations.

Held under the patronage of the ECOWAS and UEMOA Commissions, the RPCA annual meeting brings together the region’s key food and nutrition stakeholders.
