1. The ECOWAS Commission has requested and obtained a grant from the Adaptation Fund through the West African Development Bank (WADA), to finance the regional project to promote climate-smart agriculture (CSA) in West Africa, and intends to use a portion of these funds to make payments under the "Contract for the Works of Twelve (12) Solar-Powered Boreholes and the Development of Forty (40) ha for the Future". market gardening with solar irrigation and a Californian network in the regions: Upper West, Northen; and Savannah (Lot 1) and Upper East (Lot 2) of Ghana" within four (4) months
2. This call for tenders concerns two (02) lots that can be awarded separately:

• Lot 1 : To build six (06) solar-powered boreholes and develop twenty (20) ha for market gardening with solar irrigation and a Californian network in the Upper West, Northen and Savannah regions of Ghana.
• Lot 2 : To build six (06) solar-powered boreholes and develop twenty (20) ha for market gardening with solar irrigation and a Californian network in the Upper East region of Ghana.
