[Prorogation du délais] Avis d’Appel à Propositions de Projets du Projet d’Appui à la Commercialisation du Bétail Viande en Afrique de l’Ouest (PACBAO)

The Economic Community of West African States (ECOWAS), through its Lomé-based Regional Agency for Agriculture and Food and with  financial support from the Swiss Development Cooperation (SDC) as a contribution to the ECOWAS Regional Investment Programme for Livestock Development in Coastal Countries (PRIDEC)  is making available an amount of Three Million United States Dollars (USD 3,000,000) for the funding of regionally based initiatives and innovations aimed at promoting the development of animal farming and livestock and meat trade in West Africa and Chad.

Funds shall be awarded for quality “innovative” projects whose expected outcomes would help to strengthen the development of animal farming and livestock and meat trade in West Africa and Chad on a wider scale and larger territories.

Information relating to eligible organisations, instructions for the preparation of proposals as well as the administrative documents to be provided are all specified in the Call for Project Proposals Document (Tender Documents) which are available on the following websites:

Both the concept notes and the detailed information notes of the proposals shall be submitted in a PDF format though a platform whose link is contained in the Call for Proposals tender document https://mesecops.dev4u.it/callforproposal.cfm?idaap=40

Online submission (https://mesecops.dev4u.it/callforproposal.cfm?idaap=40) is mandatory and could be the only submission to be considered. In addition to the online submission, you must also submit your concept note and the detailed information note to the Email address appels@araa.org as indicated above.

To avoid last minute Internet connectivity, kindly submit your documents at least two (02) hours before the closing time.

The deadline for the submission of the concept note and the detailed project information is 09th September, 2019 at 23:59 mn, Lomé, Togo, local time (GMT+00).

Any project submission received after the deadline date and time indicated above will be rejected and will therefore not be evaluated.
